Marc is an International Mountain Leader and has always felt close to God in nature. He grew up in the charismatic movement in the UK but but went through a spiritual crisis in mid-life in which his entire faith was deconstructed. He found a guide in St John of the Cross and found his way through the Dark Night to a deeper expression of faith. After these troubling years he has found his vocation as a contemplative. He is trained in Conservation, Forest Therapy, and recently graduated as a Spiritual Director in the Carmelite tradition, the monastic order in which John of the Cross and Teresa of Avila are key inspirations. He desires to help others on their spiritual journeys, especially the dark valleys!
